PSL Recruitment Services run a competitive referral scheme to encourage our candidates to alert us of other clinicians who they believe would benefit from our personalised recruitment service.

We have devised an incentive programme to ensure all Candidates who refer clinicians that are then subsequently placed via our agency, are provided with a financial ‘Referral Bonus’. Please see below the rules and regulations relating to Referral Bonuses:

1. All Candidate referrals must be supplied to PSL Recruitment Services in the form of an email originating from the individual seeking the 'Referral Bonus'.
2. A Candidate can only be referred to PSL Recruitment Services once and the referral will need to be substantiated by the referred candidate.
3. After a referred candidate completes the PSL Registration Process, their name will be logged against the profile of the referrer.
4. Once the referred Candidate has completed 100 working hours via our agency (recorded via PSL signed Timesheets), the system will automatically confirm eligibility of the payment of a 'Referral Bonus'.
5. 'Referral Bonuses' must be redeemed by the referring candidate in the form of an email requesting the payment to be made.
6. 'Referral Bonuses' will be paid directly into the bank account of the referrer.
7. 'Referral Bonuses' will attract a financial reward of £150 per referral, however this amount may vary from time to time as publicised via our website.
8. There can be no retrospective referrals, i.e. In the event that a candidate is already registered on our Database; no referral bonus can be redeemed.
9. In the event that the details of a referred candidate are already known to our recruitment team, no 'Referral Bonus' can be redeemed.
10. PSL Recruitment Services run an 'above board referral scheme'. Only legitimate referrals will be eligible for 'Referral Bonuses'.
11. Decisions surrounding the awards of referral bonuses are at the discretion of PSL Recruitment Services Limited's Managing Director. All decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
